How the assessment works
The process consists of two in-person sessions, both included in the assessment fee:
Session 1 – Measurement (approx. 70 minutes)
- brainwave frequency measurement
- autonomic nervous system balance measurement
- cognitive tests
- AVS selection test
Session 2 – Evaluation and consultation (approx. 45 minutes, can also be done online)
- A detailed, easy-to-understand explanation of the results
- Uncovering connections
- Determining the development direction
- Personalized recommendations for using AVS

How should you prepare for the assessment?
For more accurate results, we recommend the following:
The measurements are resting-state measurements, so a calm environment is needed, and the client must also be in a relaxed state. Physical activity before the measurement affects the values, so avoid strenuous physical exertion for 2 hours beforehand. Food can also be a source of stress, so we recommend not eating a heavy, large meal for 2 hours before the assessment. The AVS technique requires proper hydration, so be sure to drink an adequate amount of fluids.

- arrive in a calm state if possible, and allow yourself time to settle in
- avoid intense physical or mental exertion immediately before the measurement

Do I need a device to continue?
Yes — if you choose to continue, the personalized development is carried out with the AVS brain-training device. If you don’t want to use an AVS device, the measurement results can still be used for other development directions.
